2014-09 | St. Lucy's Feast

Santa Lucia, St. Lucy, Vergine e’ Martire – Protectress of Eyesight, was honored in a Labor Day feast in Boston's North End. The 93rd St. Lucy's Feast followed the weekend St. Anthony's Feast with a procession by society members through the neighborhood streets with the North End Marching Band, flower girls and color guard. At the end of the night, St. Anthony's statue was also processed alongside St. Lucy before both were returned to their permanent home on Endicott Street in Boston's North End.
