2014-08 | Fisherman's Feast - Flight of the Angel
As the statue of the Madonna returns to North street for the finale of the day long procession she is greeted by a crowd of enthusiastic spectators, each waiting for the opportunity to witness the Famous Flight of the Angel.
As the angel ceremony is completed the spectators below are covered by a snowfall of confetti paper from the rooftops. This years Flying Angel was Serina D’Amico, with side angels Haley Graffeo Dufresne and Angelina Palazzolo.
